Digital products - please read before you buy

Everything we sell is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped, and nothing is returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply once the download has started, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

By completing your order you ask us to give you access to the file immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

WHEN WE DO REFUND YOU

We refund in full, no questions asked, if:

- the download link does not work and we cannot fix it
- you received the wrong template
- the template is faulty and we cannot repair it or send you a working version

WHEN WE CANNOT REFUND YOU

- you changed your mind after downloading the file
- you bought the wrong template by mistake but the file works correctly (write to us anyway, we will usually swap it for the right one)
- the template does not do something that was never described on the product page

HOW TO ASK

Email m.a.27051961@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
