2. What we sell

Spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, delivered as an instant digital download. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

After payment you receive a PDF containing your access links. Delivery is automatic and normally immediate. If the file does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us.

5. Your licence

When you buy a template, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

  • use the template for your own personal or business purposes;
  • make copies for your own use across your devices;
  • modify it to suit your needs.

You may not:

  • resell, share, distribute or give away the template or its access links;
  • publish the file or its contents anywhere, including on other marketplaces;
  • claim the template as your own work, or resell it in modified form.

The templates remain our intellectual property. The licence ends if these terms are breached.

6. Right of withdrawal

See our refund policy. Because the files are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been granted, and you accept this when you complete your order.

7. Support

We answer questions about our templates by email. We cannot provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and our templates are tools, not advice.

8. What our templates are not

Our budgeting, debt, net worth and business templates are organisational tools. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. Figures they produce are estimates based on what you enter. Always check important decisions with a qualified professional.

9. Liability

We do our best to make sure the templates work as described. We are not liable for any loss resulting from how you use them, from data you enter, or from decisions you take based on their output. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Availability

We may change prices, add products or withdraw products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed. Templates you have already bought remain yours.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

12. Disputes

Please write to us first — we resolve almost everything by email. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
